A little bit about us...
Who We Are

Pollokshaws Area Network (PAN) is a locally run community organisation. It is a two tier Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) which is registered with the Scottish Charity Regulator OSCR. As a two tier organisation we have a small group of trustees and a wider membership which help to run the organisation
Membership is open to any individual over the age of 16 who has an interest in the work we do and any organisation which is working in the area and has similar aims.
What we want
Our mission is to create a happy, healthy community, in the G43 area of Glasgow. We want local people to have opportunities to learn new skills, improve their health and wellbeing, participate fully in community life and have a say in the decisions which affect them, their families and the local community where they live
There are two parts to PAN
Activities
We run a range a of activities from our community hub including classes, courses and workshops, clubs and groups, drop ins and events. The hub and our activities are managed on a daily basis by our Network Co-ordinator Fiona Eadie in conjunction with the Trustees.
The Wider Network
The other part of PAN is our wider membership. This includes the trustees, local individuals, representatives from local churches, community and voluntary organisations who meet monthly with other partners to share information and work together on community issues
