Yoga is beneficial to people of all levels of fitness and all ages and our class certainly reflects this. We have participants in their early 20s right up to their 80s.

All our participants have reported multiple benefits including:

Sessions run on Tuesdays from 6.00pm until 7.00pm and onThursdays from 12.15pm until 1pm


Again we do subsidise this class but have to make a charge of £2.50 per session
