New: Pollokshaws Neighbourhood Survey 2018

We want to hear your views on Pollokshaws! How do you feel about your area, about the changes that have happened, and what would you like to see happen in the future?

We’re launching a new community project this month, and we need everybody’s input! The project is based on the changing landscape in Pollokshaws and how this is affecting community here.

This is the initial listening stage of a community project organised by Pollokshaws tenant and community worker Nicky Patterson, based in the Community Hub on Shawbridge Street. The project is concerned with the changing landscape in Pollokshaws and the effects it is having on the community. If you are a resident, tenant, or worker in Pollokshaws, please visit the link below and share your views and feelings. It will take 15-20 minutes but will be very valuable. Be as brief or as long as you like!

Some of the project workers will be chapping the doors around Pollokshaws to do this in conversation over the next few weeks so please look out for us! The survey will also be available in paper form at the Hub, just pop in to ask for a copy or to sit down with a cuppa and talk it through, just ask for Nicky.

For further info, or to get involved with this project, contact Nicky at or 0141 649 9422, or drop into the Hub on Shawbridge Street for a cuppa and a chat. The online link is below:
